Step 1: Take down the Serial Numbers of All the Bags you wish to Order
Step 2: Note down the Quantity of each Bag you wish to Order
Step 3: Send Us an email at bOoBags@gmail.com - or - Send Us an SMS at 82230208 - or - Use our Order Form..!
Step 4: Upon receiving your Order, we'll get back to you regarding the total Initial Deposit amount ($7 Per Bag).
Step 5: Transfer the Initial Deposit amount to us thru Internet Banking or ATMs.
Step 6: After verification we'll reply you with another email to confirm your Order.
Step 7: That's all you're done..! Once the Bags are in we'll deliver them to your Doorstep..!
Note: The average duration for the Bags to come in and sent out to all Buyers will be around 4-8 weeks after Last Order Date.
Question 2: Oh, so you're gonna send the Bags to me..! But how much will the Delivery cost?
Answer: To make your Online Shopping even sweeter, we'll provide a FREE delivery if you do order 2 or more Bags from us..! That's right, just 2 Bags and Viola..! You just have to wait for the Bags to get delivered to you. But if you do only order 1 Bag, a Delivery charge of $5 will be implemented.
Note: All Deliveries are done during the night (After 7pm onwards).
Question 3: I don't feel safe giving you my Residential Address. But is it still possible for you to send the Bags to me?
Answer: Definitely..! All we need is a convenient meeting place, be it your Residential Block void deck, an MRT station, a CoffeeShop near your house or anywhere which you think is convenient for you and we'll deliver the Bags to your desired location.
Question 4: Will there be any hidden charges upon collection of the Bags? (GST, Service Charge, Import Tax, etc)
Answer: No worries..! All prices indicated in our Website are NETT and there will be absolutely NO hidden charges upon collection of the Bags. Take for example a Bag which cost $25, the breakdown will be as follows:-
- Bag Cost: $25
- Initial Deposit: $7
- Balance to be collected upon Delivery: $18 or Lesser depending on if there are any Discounts Given
Question 5: I ordered a total of 5 Bags..! But upon collection, I was told that only 4 of them arrived, why is that so?
Answer: First of all if this scenerio does happen to you, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. But due to the fact that we're not a Retail Store, we will only get to know the availability of the Bags after we've sent out the whole Order. Therefore, some Bags may be unavailable upon collection. However not to worry, in this case the Initial Deposit for the specific Bags will be 100% returned to you.
Question 6: What if, after confirmation of Order and suddenly I wish to change, add or remove a Bag?
Answer: As long as your Order or Amendment reaches us before the Closing Date (Always stated clearly on our Home Page), we'll be able to get the Bags or make the necessary adjustments accordingly. But if you do only inform us at a later date, we're sorry that we'll not be able to help. Important Note: If you do cancel the whole Order after confirmation, we're sorry to inform you that the Initial Deposit will NOT be returned. Thank you.
Question 7: Is there going to be any Discounts if I do order quite a number of Bags from you?
Answer: Of course..! Everyone loves Discounts don't we? If you do order 6 Bags or more in a Single Order, there will be sweet Discounts given..! Do kindly refer to our Latest Promotions page regularly to make sure that you don't miss out on any of our wonderful Promotions..!
Question 8: Is my Initial Deposit going to be safe in your hands? Or is this one of the horrible scam Websites again?
Answer: We know you're concerned over this matter as much as we do. But not to worry at all cos ePetzJoy is a BizFile Registered Company in Singapore. We've been in the buisness market for near to a year and you can be 100% sure that your Initial Deposit will be safe with us.
Question 9: How is the overall quality of the Bags? On average how long can a Bag roughly last me?
Answer: The quality of the Bag is definitely okay and suitable for everyday casual usage. But on how long can it last for each Individuals, it all depends on how frequent and what you're gonna use it for.
Question 10: Do you happen to carry other products like Shirts, Shoes and Accessories?
Answer: At the time being, nope. bOoBags - by ePetzJoy is only focusing our attention on keeping up with the trend and bringing in the Latest and Hottest Bags into Singapore. But maybe in the near future we may bring in other products.
Question 11: Oops, after collection I've just realised that I've ordered the wrong Bag. Can i change it?
Answer: We would love to but unfortunately, you can't. Our Exchange Policy is valid ONLY if the correctly ordered Bag has any visible Physical Defects upon Delivery (ALL Bags must be checked on the spot upon Delivery). Therefore it is important that you do send us the correct Serial Numbers when Ordering.
Question 12: I'm a Pri / Sec Level Student and I love your Bags..! But why am i limited to only a Max of 3 Bags a Month?
Answer: Actually, the first line of your Question answers your own Question..! It's simply becos you're still a young Student and as Adults we do not wish to see teenagers spending way too much on Fashion Items. 3 Bags a Month should be more than enough for your everyday usage. So, Cheer Up..!
Question 13: The Banner in the Home Page says that I'm going to get even more Discounts if I order early..! Is it true?
Answer: Unfortunately the answer is Nope. Reason is because the Banner was taken directly from our Supplier Side and those are the Promotions on their side. Therefore, all the further Discounts reflected in the Banner are invalid here in bOoBags - by ePetzJoy.
Question 14: I have some Feedback to shoot..! How can i have my opinions heard?
Answer: You can make use of our Feedback form to send us any Feedback or Questions you have in mind. Regardless if it's a Positive or Negative one, please do feel free to shoot at us..!
Question 15: It's frustrating that no one is picking up my call when i call on your Mobile time and again..! Why is that so?
Answer: First of all, if this scenario does happen to you, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused and we apologize. The reason why sometimes we aren't able to pick up the call is because we do have our own Full Time Jobs during the day and when it does get busy at times, we might not be able to answer it. We appreciate your understandings and in any cases if we really didn't manage to pick up your call, we'll be really thankful if you could send us your Request or Questions to our email or maybe drop us an SMS..! Upon receiving them, we'll definitely reply as soon as we can.
Question 16: I have already submitted my Order for quite some time. Why hasn't anyone get back to me yet?
Answer: Don't worry. As soon as we've receive your Order, we'll definitely get back to you in the shortest time possible. However, if after 3 days and you still haven't hear from us, please kindly do a re-send of the email to us again (Sometimes it could be the problem of the Mailing agents).
Question 17: What does a Red Star (*) beside a specific link in the Website indicates?
Answer: It means that it is a NEW Link or NEW Feature which has just been implemented into our Website. After a few weeks time the Red Star will be removed.
